Following a venom-soaked four-hour debate, all but nine Democrats joined Republicans in voting down a GOP-authored red herring resolution — 3 to 403 with six Dems voting only present — demanding troops come home now, a substitute of Murtha's mandate calling for withdrawal at the "earliest practicable date."
When will they learn...
